What Aadil does today

Aadil is co-founder and lead host of The Great Indian Points & Miles Show. His day job is VP Content Studio at HackerRank, where he runs an AI-native content engine combining virtual production, editorial craft and AI workflows.

The credit-card work splits across three things:

• Consulting. 1-on-1 Strategy Sessions and the annual Sovereign portfolio programme for Indian HNIs and founders.
• The podcast. Weekly long-form episodes on YouTube and short-form on Instagram, in the same lane as Raj Shamani and Ranveer Allahbadia.
• In-person formats. Miles Ahead city workshops and the invitation-only Points Syndicate annual gathering.

Background

Twenty years across talent, technology and storytelling. Founded a recruitment firm in 2007, then talent strategy consulting at LinkedIn (Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, InMobi). At Belong.co (Sequoia and Matrix backed) created the "Outbound Hiring" category and authored the book of the same name, published by Bloomsbury with a foreword by Bharti Airtel CEO Gopal Vittal. Joined HackerRank in 2020 to build its global marketing and content engine; today runs the Content Studio reporting to the CEO.
