Dhimant is co-founder and co-host of The Great Indian Points & Miles Show. The work concentrates on three areas:

• 1-on-1 consulting. Strategy Sessions and the annual Sovereign programme.
• Podcast and content. Co-hosts the YouTube-first long-form podcast with a focus on hotel loyalty (Marriott Bonvoy, Accor) and Axis ecosystem optimisation.
• Community and curation. Programming for the Discord community and the in-person formats: Miles Ahead and The Points Syndicate.

Background

18+ years building, scaling and turning around consumer businesses across e-commerce, retail and quick commerce. Most recently VP at Swiggy (2021 to 2025) leading new supply, private brands and marketplace initiatives across multiple cities with full P&L ownership. Before that, Senior Director at Flipkart (2014 to 2021) running large categories across electronics, appliances and fashion, and building the first version of Flipkart Quick. Started in enterprise sales at Dell and Sun Microsystems. MBA from MDI Gurgaon, B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from Mumbai University.
